Terms and Conditions:

  • No Roll Overs: Treatments and LED sessions must be used within the month. Unused services do not roll over.

  • Commitment: A minimum 3-month commitment is required to join.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel and reinstate your subscription once per year.

  • No Pausing: Pausing your subscription is not available.

  • Exclusivity: Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • Policies: All LVA cancellation/reschedule policies apply. One reschedule per service per month is allowed, after which a $50 rebooking fee will apply to all skin services, and a $100 fee to PMU services. Cancellations/rescheduling less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in a rebooking fee. No call/no shows or same-day cancellations will result in the appointment being forfeited.
